No Bake Nutella Cheesecake & A Birthday!

It was my mom's birthday over the weekend and I wanted to make her a special dessert for her birthday. I wanted to do something different then the traditional cake. So, I went to one of my favorite websites (Pinterest) to find something yummy.

I came across this Nutella Cheesecake and thought it sounded yummy. George loves Nutella and I thought he would love it as well. Of course I asked my mom if she would like that and she said yes.

Doesn't that look yummy! I am not a really rich dessert person, but it was so good! Here is what mine looked like.
