Selah is a super picky eater. She does not like veggies or fruit. There are only a couple pieces of fruit that she will eat, but when it's all blended she loves it.
For the past few days I have been making these green smoothies for lunch.
Here are the ingredients:
1 cup of Apple Juice
1 Large handful of Spinach
1 Banana
1 Handful of Ice
This makes enough for all three kids. (This last one I added some carrots)
Works well with sippy cups for the little one. Its more like juice then a thick smoothy.

Royce has decided he doesn't want to eat A LOT of things he used to eat. So, I am starting to go the smoothie route too! Thanks for the recipe. The kids are in love with a sample we got at the Costco Vitamix booth. I don't know the exact proportions but it was Kale, Apple, and Lime Juice. It tasted like a margarita. I have found it takes a lot of lime juice and it has to be fresh. Never the less they love it!
